2026 Kent ISD Groundskeeping

The Kent Intermediate School District is seeking bids for groundskeeping services, including mowing and landscaping maintenance, for a three-year contract period. The services will be provided at three locations: 2101 52nd St SW, Wyoming, MI 49519; 3600 Byron Center Ave SW, Wyoming, MI 49519; and 1655 12 Mile Road NW, Sparta, MI 49345. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, including mowing, trimming, and edging, as well as providing additional services such as spring and fall cleanup. The contractor must also provide references and meet insurance requirements. • The contract period will begin on April 1, 2026, and end on November 30, 2028. • The contractor must provide pricing for each property individually. • The contractor must provide a list of all employees assigned to each site and ensure that all employees have undergone background checks. • The contractor must maintain a fully qualified workforce throughout the contract period. • The contractor must provide a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with members of the School Board or the Superintendent of Kent ISD.
