Law Enforcement Vehicle Upfitting

The Department of Financial Services is seeking a vendor to provide upfitting services for its law enforcement vehicles. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to renew for up to three additional years. The vendor will be required to provide emergency lighting and other law enforcement and communication equipment. The Department anticipates upfitting at least 20 vehicles per fiscal year. • The vendor must submit a completed price response form and a mandatory criteria certification form. • The vendor must certify that it is not participating in a boycott of Israel and is not on the State Board of Administration’s “Quarterly List of Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel.” • The vendor must certify that it is not on the Suspended Vendor List, Convicted Vendor List, Discriminatory Vendor List, or Antitrust Violator Vendor List. • The vendor must provide information about its business operations, including its principal place of business, federal employer identification number, and contact person.
