Description
The Defense Health Agency is seeking a vendor to provide an Agilent Seahorse XF HS Mini Metabolic Analyzer for the Madigan Army Medical Center. The analyzer must meet specific technical requirements, including the ability to measure oxygen consumption rate, pH, and proton efflux rate of live cells. The vendor must be an authorized reseller/distributor for Agilent products and provide a minimum 12-month OEM warranty. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer.
