81626Y0768-Speciation & drug resistance testing for TB diagnostics

The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) is seeking a vendor to perform laboratory services for deletion analysis, targeted next generation sequencing (tNGS), and whole genome sequencing (WGS) for all samples received from DOHMH. The selected vendor will be required to perform these services within 7 business days of request, report results electronically, and maintain samples for at least 10 years. The vendor must also maintain its qualifications as a Biosafety Level III laboratory and comply with all applicable guidelines. • The vendor will provide speciation of the TB species, clinical drug susceptibility testing results, and genotyping via spoligotyping and high-quality single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) analysis. • The vendor will report results of the deletion analysis, tNGS, and WGS electronically via ECLRS within 3 business days of completion. • The vendor will maintain its qualifications as a Biosafety Level III laboratory with sufficient, reliable, and up-to-date laboratory equipment. • The vendor will be in compliance with all applicable guidelines of the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
