As-needed Real Estate & Design Consulting Services

The City of Santa Monica is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide as-needed professional consulting services in strategic urban planning, urban design, and architecture; real estate advisory and financial analysis; and economic development services. The City is looking for consultants who can provide expertise in these areas to support the City's goals and initiatives. The scope of work includes three main areas: strategic urban planning, urban design, and architectural services; real estate advisory and financial analysis services; and economic development services. The City is looking for consultants who can provide a range of services, including land use planning, urban design analysis, architectural design, real estate analysis, and economic development strategy. The selected consultant will be expected to work closely with City staff and other stakeholders to provide high-quality services and support the City's goals and initiatives. • The consultant will be expected to provide services on an as-needed basis, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the relevant field. • The consultant will be required to demonstrate successful completion of at least three comparable assignments within the past 10 years. • The consultant will be expected to provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach, methodology, and qualifications for the project. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to negotiate the terms and conditions of the contract with the selected consultant.
