Description
The North Country Supervisory Union School District is seeking bids from Mechanical Contractors for the replacement of four oil boilers with a new pellet fired boiler and a supplemental LP boiler at the Brighton Elementary School. The project includes removing the existing boilers, underground fuel oil tank, and installing new controls, pumps, and accessories. The Mechanical Contractor will be the lead contractor for this project and will be responsible for subcontracting with other companies for specific tasks. The project is expected to start on June 23, 2026, and be substantially completed by August 11, 2026.
