The Virginia Military Institute is seeking multiple construction firms/contractors to provide non-capital outlay construction services on an "as needed" basis for future construction, renovation, repair, and/or improvement projects. The projects will range from $250,000 to $3,000,000. The initial term of the contract is from the date of award through December 31, 2026, with an option to renew for four one-year terms.
