Description
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site Singapore intends to issue a competitive solicitation for a Voyage Repair Availability (VRA) of USS JOHN L CANLEY (ESB 6). The VRA is tentatively scheduled from 15 May - 05 June 2026, and the place of performance will be in Thailand. The work includes ship repair, and the conditions under which it is performed require that contracting is limited to companies or firms that are fully capable of conducting all aspects of shipboard work or boat/craft repair.
• The solicitation will have qualification requirements for an Offeror to possess a current and active USN MSRA or ABR issued by NAVSUP FLCY.
• The Offeror must have an active registration in the System Awards Management (SAM.gov).
• The Offeror must be authorized to do business in the country of performance.
• The estimated VRA requirement is attached to the notice as a Work Item Index.
