Description
The U.S. Department of State is seeking a contractor to provide meeting rooms and services for an event in Banten, Indonesia, from January 6th to 8th, 2026. The event will include approximately 410 participants and will require a main meeting room, holding room, audio-visual equipment, high-speed Wi-Fi, and food and beverage services. The contractor must be a four-star hotel in Banten with an established business and permanent address in Indonesia. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order/contract.
Some key services and requirements include:
• One main meeting room for 410 participants
• One holding room for 10 VIPs
• Audio-visual equipment, including a minimum of four speakers with 1000 watts each
• High-speed Wi-Fi internet connection for all participants
• Food and beverage services, including two coffee breaks and one lunch buffet
• Seven single occupancy guest rooms for two nights
• Nine twin shared double occupancy guest rooms for two nights
The contractor must also provide on-site technical support, signage, and parking availability.
