Description
International Community School is seeking a Construction Manager (CM) to provide services for campus upgrades, including the renovation of four existing modular units, site work preparation for a new modular unit, demolition of the existing basketball court, and construction of a new gravel parking lot. The CM will be responsible for achieving the highest quality throughout the construction process, managing the project schedule, and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. The project will be constructed in phases, with specific deadlines for each phase. The CM will work closely with the school administration, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a successful project outcome. Key responsibilities include: preconstruction services, construction services, project closeout, and post-construction support.
