Budget estimate

$2,000,000 – $10,000,000

The contract ceiling is 1,710 DNA analysis jobs. Assuming an average unit price between $2,000 and $5,000 per job (typical for high‑throughput sequencing with required depth), total potential spend ranges from roughly $3.4 million (1,710 × $2,000) to $8.6 million (1,710 × $5,000). The minimum guaranteed order is 510 jobs, which would represent a floor of about $1.0 million to $2.5 million. Thus, a realistic award value is likely between $2 million and $10 million, depending on the final negotiated unit rates and actual order volume.
