Naval Station Guantanamo Bay Cuba Liquefied Natural Gas

The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command is seeking a contractor to deliver liquefied natural gas (LNG) to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, in support of a natural gas-powered combined cycle power plant. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price requirements contract with annual economic price adjustments. The estimated volume of LNG to be delivered over the 5-year contract term is approximately 4,053,860 MMBtu. The contractor will be responsible for delivering LNG every 14-21 days, with a goal of maintaining a reserve inventory of 14 days' consumption. The contractor must also provide a certification for each delivery, including information on LNG composition, higher heating value, lower heating value, and volume delivered.
