Albuquerque Public Schools is soliciting bids for the sale of used wooden pallets (48” × 40”, deck board 3½” × 5/16”) stored at their Food & Nutrition Services Building. The district will purchase pallets on a “as‑is” basis, paying a unit price per usable pallet before pickup. Bidders must provide insurance for removal, loading, transport, and unloading, and must submit a unit price per usable pallet via Bidnet Direct. The contract is an indefinite‑quantity, not‑to‑exceed award with an initial one‑year term and the possibility of renewal up to four years. APS will determine weekly pallet quantities; the vendor must call the on‑site contact each Monday to verify demand and schedule pickup. Payments are made by cashier’s check or money order prior to pickup.
