Description
The Maryland State Highway Administration is seeking a contractor to provide pest and rodent control services at the SHA HQ Complex in Baltimore, Maryland. The contract will be for a period of 36 months, with the option for renewal. The contractor will be responsible for providing routine inspections and surveys of all areas, monitoring for new pest and rodent introductions, and performing corrective treatments as needed. The contractor must have a current and active State of Maryland Pest Control License and a current and active State of Maryland Business License. The contractor must also have at least 5 years of experience in commercial pest and rodent control.
• The contractor will be required to provide a detailed inspection report and a detailed service report for each visit.
• The contractor will be required to respond to emergency service calls within 3 hours of notification.
• The contractor will be required to provide a monitored 24-hour phone number for emergency services.
• The contractor will be required to maintain liability insurance with a combined single limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
