Sole Source Contract for Platinum Extended Warranty Equipment Service Agreement for NOMAD Trailers

The South Carolina Department of Public Health intends to procure a Platinum Extended Warranty Equipment Service Agreement for their existing seven NOMAD Trailers as a sole source from Nomad GCS. The agreement includes a Dual Network - 18 GB Metered Bandwidth Fleet Service Plan, participation in Fleet Satellite Plan, Voice and Network Support Plans, DiD telephone numbers, CIR line with 20Kbps per trailer, special overage allowance during emergencies, and Technical and Engineering support. The total estimated dollar amount of the purchase is $95,467.22. • The agreement is for the maintenance and support of seven NOMAD Trailers located around the state. • The service plan includes a Dual Network with 18 GB metered bandwidth and a shared network with 7 Mbps x 3Mbps speed. • The plan also includes participation in the Fleet Satellite Plan and Voice and Network Support Plans. • The agreement includes DiD telephone numbers and a CIR line with 20Kbps per trailer. • The vendor will provide Technical and Engineering support for the trailers. • The total estimated dollar amount of the purchase is $95,467.22.
