Description
The State of Idaho is seeking a vendor to provide monthly water testing, analysis, and maintenance services for closed-loop boiler and chiller systems at Idaho Military Division facilities. The purpose of this contract is to ensure optimal system performance, prevent corrosion, scaling, and fouling, and maintain water quality within the manufacturer's specifications and industry standards.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
• The contract will be governed by the State of Idaho Standard Contract Terms and Conditions.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes and regulations.
• The vendor must provide sufficient data to determine whether the property offered conforms to the specifications.
• The vendor must agree to the State of Idaho Standard Contract Terms and Conditions and any applicable Special Terms and Conditions.
