Description
The Town of Macclesfield is seeking a qualified housing services firm to provide technical housing services for the FY22 CDBG-NR Neighborhood Revitalization Project. The project includes reconstruction, demolition, and temporary relocation of housing units. The selected firm will be responsible for processing client case files, preparing housing specifications, conducting bid processes, and inspecting work in progress. The firm must have experience with state and federally funded housing programs, particularly CDBG housing. The project has a budget of $930,000 and must be completed by December 28, 2026.
Some key responsibilities of the selected firm include:
• Processing client case files and verifying income and eligibility for housing assistance
• Preparing reconstruction housing specifications and bid packages
• Conducting bid processes and evaluating bids
• Inspecting work in progress and processing change orders
• Authorizing partial pay requests and conducting final inspections
• Maintaining cumulative beneficiary information as required by CDBG-NR regulations
