Description
The Martin County School District (MCSD) is seeking a qualified firm to deliver licensed athletic‑trainer and sports‑physical‑therapy services to three high schools in Martin County. The contract is a one‑year, firm‑fixed‑price agreement (July 1 2026 – June 30 2027) with two optional one‑year extensions. Services include on‑site athletic‑trainer evaluations, injury treatment, wrestling body‑fat testing, CPR and first‑aid training for coaches, and coordination of student‑athlete physical examinations. The contractor must provide a designated supervisor, maintain district‑issued badges, complete background screenings, and uphold FERPA/HIPAA safeguards.
• Weekly visits to three high schools (Martin County HS, South Fork HS, Jensen Beach HS) – estimated 3,600 total hours per year.
• Physical‑therapy coverage – estimated 2,100 hours per year.
• Additional deliverables: 120 CPR certifications, 120 first‑aid trainings, 120 student‑athlete physicals, and 120 wrestling OPC body‑fat tests.
• Must supply qualified staff with Florida licenses, insurance (CGL $1 M, Professional Liability $2 M), and a drug‑free workplace certification.
