Camden County, New Jersey is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive employee‑benefit consulting and brokerage services for its workforce. The contractor will evaluate, design, and manage health‑ and welfare‑benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, prescription, wellness, voluntary life & disability, COBRA, and flexible‑spending accounts) for roughly 4,500 active employees and 1,300 retirees. Services include integration with the Bswift benefit‑administration platform, oversight of an on‑site wellness coach, and coordination of both self‑insured and fully‑insured plans. The contract is a non‑bidding, three‑year procurement (03/01/2026 – 02/28/2029) with a 30‑day termination‑for‑convenience clause and standard 60‑day payment terms.
