Custom Clothing

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for custom clothing on an "as needed" basis. The contract will be for a period of five years, with an annual option for renewal. EPIC6 is looking for reliable, high-performance vendors to supply products and services to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. The solicitation is open to a wide range of custom clothing products, including imprinted, screen printed, embroidered, or other types of apparel and accessories. • The proposal should include pricing information, product descriptions, and any other relevant details. • The evaluation criteria will include factors such as purchase price, vendor reputation, product quality, and the total long-term cost to EPIC6 members. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor(s) that provide the best value to EPIC6 members. • EPIC6 reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award multiple contracts.
