The New York State Office of General Services Design & Construction Group (OGS D&C) intends tocontract with one (1) firm to provide elevator modernization consulting, inspection, design, designmanagement, and construction phase services. The selected firm must be capable of demonstrating thecapacity for the condition assessment, prioritization, design, and design management of a large capacityof simultaneous projects throughout Albany, NY. The majority of projects will involve the rehabilitation ofexisting facilities, and the firm and/or sub-consultants must be capable of providing mechanical, electrical,structural, fire protection and architectural (including historic preservation) design services, asassignments may include these disciplines.
