Pinellas County is seeking a contractor to provide Workers Compensation Third Party Administrator Services. The selected contractor will be responsible for managing workers' compensation claims, providing administrative services, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The contractor will also be required to provide detailed reports and data analysis to the County. The contract will be for an initial term of three years, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. • The contractor will be responsible for managing all aspects of workers' compensation claims, including investigation, evaluation, and settlement. • The contractor will provide administrative services, including data entry, reporting, and customer service. • The contractor will ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including those related to workers' compensation, Medicare, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. • The contractor will provide detailed reports and data analysis to the County, including claims data, payment reports, and other relevant information.
