Description
The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide full‑service janitorial cleaning for its Region 4 office in Morristown, TN. The contract is a three‑year, fixed‑price agreement requiring monthly rates for each year. Services are performed on Tuesdays and Fridays after 2 PM, include daily restroom and floor cleaning, weekly deep‑clean tasks, monthly light‑dusting, and semi‑annual/annual specialty cleaning (window washing, tile stripping, carpet shampoo, terrazzo polishing). The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, and operational materials, use TWRA‑provided consumables, and submit monthly invoices.
• 3‑year term with monthly pricing for Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3.
• Service days: Tuesdays & Fridays, 2 PM‑11 PM EST; no work on state‑declared holidays.
