The contractor must design, fabricate, test, and deliver a turn‑key unit with integrated pump, auxiliary engine, securement hardware, and plumbing that meets strict dimensional limits (max 216″ L × 72″ W × 66″ H) and performance criteria (≥110 GPM @ 100 psi, ≥430 GPM @ 25 psi).
