ADVANCE NOTICE TO INDUSTRY: UPCOMING PROGRESSIVE DESIGN-BUILD OTHER TRANSACTION PROCUREMENT

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is issuing an advance notice for an upcoming design-build opportunity for the repair by replacement of Fort Stewart Building 212 UEPH Barracks. The project consists of designing and constructing a new 86-bed Permanent Party Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) Barracks and demolishing the existing building. The new facility will have a maximum gross area of 41,710 square feet and will provide housing that is functionally and technically comparable to similar private-sector housing. The project will be executed as an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. § 2808a.
