Description
The Liberty Public School District #53 is seeking a qualified vendor to provide preventive‑maintenance (PM) and as‑needed repair services for all cardio‑ and strength‑training equipment across seven district facilities. The contractor will perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, lubrication, hardware checks, electronic testing, and documentation, and will also respond to unscheduled repair calls. The contract is initially one year with options to extend up to four additional years.
• Service scope covers treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, rowers, stair‑masters, and strength machines from manufacturers such as Life Fitness and Aspire.
• Minimum three PM visits per location (Spring, Summer, Winter windows) plus on‑call repair capability.
• Vendor must supply detailed service reports after each visit, maintain insurance (WC & General Liability), be enrolled in E‑Verify, and meet all public‑sector procurement requirements.
