Description
The United States Army South (USARSOUTH) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services at Camp Crabbs and Camp Blizzard in Antigua and Barbuda from June 3, 2026, to June 17, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the janitorial services. The services include cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, offices, classrooms, and work areas, as well as emptying waste containers and restocking dispensers. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to safety, security, and environmental protection.
Some key responsibilities of the contractor include:
• Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, urinals, sinks, and other fixtures
• Restocking dispensers with appropriate products
• Emptying waste containers and recycling bins
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Spot cleaning walls and doors
• Cleaning mirrors, sinks, and other surfaces
The contractor must also provide a contract manager who will be responsible for the performance of the work and will serve as the primary point of contact for the government. The contract manager must have at least 2 years of experience managing and overseeing contracting activities.
