Description
The State University of New York at Stony Brook is seeking a qualified bidder to supply various tank gases and services related to the SBU Tank Gas Program. The contract will be for a period of three years with two one-year renewal options. The successful bidder will be required to provide gases on an as-ordered, as-needed basis. The contract will commence on January 1, 2026.
• The bidder must respond to all items with a numerical value.
• The bidder must submit pricing for every item within the lot.
• The contract will include various standard clauses, including assignment of contract, availability of funds, non-discrimination, and affirmative action.
• The successful bidder will be required to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, orders, regulations, and requirements of federal, state, and municipal governments.
• The university reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, make a contract award in whole or in part, and withdraw the IFB at any time.
