Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide annual inspection, testing, and certification of 100 backflow preventers and cross-connection devices, as well as repairs for up to 20 backflow preventers, at the Spokane VA Medical Center. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, travel, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work. The period of performance is 5 years, from September 2, 2026, to September 1, 2031.
• The contractor will be responsible for testing and certifying 100 backflow preventers and cross-connection devices.
• The contractor will be required to repair up to 20 backflow preventers if deficiencies are identified during testing.
• The work will be performed during regular work hours only.
• The contractor will be required to provide all labor, travel, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work.
