The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a single contractor to operate a Female‑only Residential Re‑Entry Center (RRC) in Detroit, Michigan, and to provide associated home‑confinement services. The contractor must staff, manage, and maintain a secure facility within the city limits, deliver inmate‑day services for up to 12 female offenders, and place up to 7 offenders in home confinement within a 150‑mile radius. The contract is an IDIQ with a one‑year base period, a one‑year option, and possible six‑month extensions per line item.
