PW 26-031 Well 32 Tie-In (107th Ave & Encanto Blvd)

The City of Avondale is seeking a qualified and licensed General Engineering or KA Dual Engineering Contractor to perform the Well 32 Tie-In project. The project involves developing the Well 32 Tie-In and construction of the waste line to discharge connection. The contractor will be responsible for installing approximately 69 linear feet of carbon steel water pipe and 217 linear feet of Class 350 DIP, as well as 625 linear feet of parallel 2.5-inch Futurepath 7-way conduit. The project requires the contractor to submit a bid that encompasses the entire project, including all related plans, specifications, and reference documents. • The project requires the installation of new materials, unless otherwise specified in the specifications. • The contractor must comply with the City's Procurement Code and all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid price. • The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience in similar projects and must provide references for these projects. • The contractor must have a valid business license and must be registered with the Arizona Corporation Commission.
