License Plate Equipment, Supplies, and Maintenance

The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide license plate equipment, supplies, and maintenance for the production of flat license plates. The contract period is from the date of award through one year. The vendor must provide new license plate equipment, supplies, and maintenance for the production equipment purchased to produce 6” x 12” finished license plates and 7” x 4” finished motorcycle plates. The vendor must also provide training and on-going support services. Some key points to consider: • The vendor must have at least five years of experience in the license plate industry and in installing new equipment. • The vendor must provide a contact person who will serve as the liaison between the vendor and the state agency. • The vendor must provide license plate equipment and software training up to 40 hours at the state agency location. • The vendor must provide on-going support services, including a service desk and on-site support. • The vendor must provide reflective sheeting as specified in the RFP. • The vendor must provide replacement of damaged products at no cost to the state.
