Request for Qualifications - Headworks WWTP

The City of Ravenna is seeking qualified engineering firms to design new headworks for its wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) and to upgrade or replace existing equalization (EQ) basins. The effort is divided into two phases: a planning phase for conceptual and preliminary designs, followed by a construction‑document phase if approved. The scope also includes design of primary clarifiers, an emergency generator, a pump station exhaust system, modifications to a disk‑filter system, and an updated sludge‑management system. • Design new headworks and either modify existing EQ basins or design new basins. • Develop detailed construction documents for primary clarifiers, emergency generator, pump station exhaust, disk‑filter modifications, and sludge‑management system. • Provide professional engineering services (consulting, design, and documentation) in two phases: planning and construction documents.
