HON Office Furniture

The County of Kern is seeking to make an award in accordance with the attached bid requirements and specifications for new and unused HON office furniture. Interested bidders shall review, print, and return completed specifications with bid response. The contract will be awarded to the overall low bidder that meets the specification requirements. • The bid includes various HON office furniture items, such as acoustical tackable fabric tiles, cantilever arms, and panel frames. • The vendor must deliver the items to the County department location, including all fees required to ship/deliver the items. • The vendor must comply with all applicable County, state, and federal laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. • The contract includes provisions for payment terms, warranties, and delivery confirmation. • Local vendors may be eligible for a 5% preference in the competitive bid process.
