The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide SAS Office Analytics and SAS/ETS. The solicitation is a Quick Quote, and suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys to participate. The State reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications, including manufacturer's reseller authorization and professional licenses. The State also reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids. • The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, and the sole venue for litigation and alternative dispute resolution activities will be the City of Montgomery in the State of Alabama. • The State of Alabama is exempt from paying sales tax, and an exemption letter will be furnished upon request. • The supplier must certify that they are in full compliance with Section 41-4-142 of the Code of Alabama 1975, regarding registration, collection, and remittance of Alabama State and local sales, use, and/or lease tax. • The supplier must agree to the terms and conditions of the solicitation, including the requirement to furnish each item or service offered at the price quoted, and to comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
