The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking qualified and experienced Trade Contractors to submit Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications for the construction of a new single-story 48,500 GSF building at MIL - Camp Edwards - New Readiness Center, Bourne, MA. The project involves an assembly hall, administrative areas, classrooms, training areas, and storage areas, and is subject to the Build America Buy America Act requirements. The Request for Qualifications is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process, and only prequalified firms will be permitted to submit bids for the categories of work in which they were prequalified. The categories of work include Masonry, Miscellaneous & Ornamental Iron, Waterproofing, Dampproofing and Caulking, Roofing & Flashing, Glass & Glazing, Tile, Acoustical Tile, Resilient Floors, Painting, Fire Protection Sprinkler System, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. • The project is receiving federal funding. • The Construction Manager is W.T.
