Roseville Electric Generation Division – Scaffolding Services

The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for Scaffolding Services to facilitate operations and maintenance activities at the City owned or operated electric generation systems. The scope of services includes providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide scaffolding support services as needed in and around all City power production facilities for projects, maintenance and operations. The initial contract will be from date of award through five years with a Not To Exceed amount. The City is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide Scaffolding Services. Some key points to consider include: * The City owns and/or operates multiple power plant sites, including the Roseville Energy Park and Roseville Power Plant #2. * The City is seeking a contractor to provide scaffolding services to facilitate operations and maintenance activities. * The contract will be for a period of five years with a Not To Exceed amount. * The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposal or in the proposal process.
