Description
The US Air Force is seeking to purchase commercial kitchen equipment, including a commercial steamer and two commercial tilt kettles, for the 187th Fighter Wing Dining Facility. The equipment must meet specific salient characteristics, and the contractor must provide delivery, installation, hard-wiring, testing, and training. The project requires a site visit, and the contractor must comply with all applicable installation and facility access security policies and procedures.
• The commercial steamer must be a floor model, pressure-less, with a minimum 6-pan capacity per compartment, and meet specific material and power requirements.
• The commercial tilt kettle must be a floor model, self-contained steam-jacketed, with a 30-40 gallon capacity, and meet specific material and power requirements.
• The contractor must provide a comprehensive commercial warranty and ensure that OEM replacement parts are available for a minimum of 7 years.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security and access.
