FY2026 DDS South Region Emergency Transitional Home 01

The State of Connecticut, Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is seeking proposals from qualified providers to develop, operate, and manage a 3-bed transitional housing program for individuals with intellectual disabilities, co-occurring mental health issues, and involvement with the criminal justice system. The program aims to provide support and services to help individuals transition back into the community. Key aspects of the project include: • Providing CRS and/or CLA supports to individuals in the program • Developing, operating, supervising, and managing the administrative duties of the program • Ensuring the program meets the needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities, co-occurring mental health issues, and involvement with the criminal justice system • Collaborating with other agencies and organizations to provide support services • Ensuring the program is operated in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
