J065--Abiomed Automated Impella Controller Service Base Plus Four

The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract for the maintenance and repair of two Abiomed Automated Impella Controllers at the Portland VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary resources to perform emergency and preventative maintenance inspections, mandatory software upgrades, and repairs for the equipment. The contractor must have the necessary expertise and resources to comply with the routine maintenance and repair requirements in accordance with the Statement of Work. • The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with four option years. • The contractor must be a manufacturer-authorized provider for the items/services offered. • The contractor must submit a capability statement with sufficient evidence to illustrate that they have the expertise and resources to comply with the routine maintenance and repair requirements. • The contractor must submit sufficient evidence to illustrate that their company size is sufficient to support the requirements of the Statement of Work.
