Compressed and Liquified Gases and Cylinders

The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide compressed and liquefied gases and cylinders to the Letterkenny Army Depot. The contractor will be responsible for delivering full cylinders to and picking up empty cylinders from customer locations, as well as performing on-site refilling of government-owned propane cylinders. The contractor must also provide a cylinder exchange program and ensure that all deliveries are made in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations. The contract has a period of performance of five years. Some key highlights of the job include: • Providing a cylinder exchange program • Delivering full cylinders to and picking up empty cylinders from customer locations • Performing on-site refilling of government-owned propane cylinders • Ensuring all deliveries are made in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations • Providing a detailed list of current locations, points of contact, and contact phone numbers • Maintaining an adequate workforce for uninterrupted performance of all tasks • Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations • Providing a quality control program to ensure services are performed in accordance with the contract • Ensuring all contractor personnel are trained in the proper handling of compressed gas cylinders
