Budget estimate

$250,000 – $500,000

Based on comparable Army mobile alert system procurements, each high‑powered speaker trailer with solar power and control equipment can range from $100‑150 k, plus integration, installation, and spare parts. For two stations, a central control unit, radios, routers, and associated services, a reasonable total contract value is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. The lower bound assumes minimal integration effort; the upper bound reflects full delivery, testing, training, and a one‑year support warranty.
