Greenbelt Repair - Wood Duck Island

The City of Boise is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the existing greenbelt path on Wood Duck Island with a new concrete pathway, including associated demolition, grading, utility relocation, irrigation repair, and landscape restoration. The work is divided into a base‑bid segment and three optional alternates that extend the scope further downstream. The bid is sealed, electronic, and must be submitted via JAGGAER by the deadline. A 5 % bid bond is required, and the contract time is 90 calendar days (including 18 weather days). • Demolition of existing concrete walk, asphalt, landscaping, and trees; saw‑cutting and removal. • Site preparation: grading, drainage adjustments, utility relocation, and installation of new concrete sidewalk, curb, and asphalt repairs. • Installation of irrigation system, tree protection fencing, and landscape restoration (sod, planting, mulching). • Optional alternates provide additional mileage of the same scope (three extensions). • All work must comply with Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction, ACHD supplemental specs, and include a 1‑year warranty.
