DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES FOR SHARPE HEALTH SCHOOL HVAC UPGRADES AND ROOF REPLACEMENT

The District of Columbia Department of General Services is seeking a design-build contractor to provide design and construction services for the Sharpe Health School Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Upgrades and Roof Replacement project. The project includes full design and construction services for upgrades to the existing school while it is occupied. The upgrades shall include HVAC replacement, new ceilings/lights, and roof replacement. The project must meet all local and national codes, including the DC Building Energy Performance Standards and the Carbon Free DC 2050 initiative. The goal of these programs is to make the District carbon-neutral by 2050.
