RFP 26-7726 As-Needed Flooring Services

Metropolitan Community College (MCC) is seeking bids from manufacturer-certified flooring installers to provide on-call services and district-approved flooring products for all MCC-owned buildings and sites. The contractor will provide necessary removal, preparation, and installation of flooring. The contract will be for a three-year term, with prices remaining firm. The contractor must be able to perform a turn-key removal and installation of flooring items, meet all manufacturer's requirements, and provide a minimum of a two-year warranty on their own work. • The contractor must be a manufacturer-certified flooring installer. • The contractor must provide on-call services and district-approved flooring products. • The contractor must provide necessary removal, preparation, and installation of flooring. • The contract will be for a three-year term. • Prices must remain firm for the duration of the contract.
