Valley Water is seeking a qualified contractor to fully rebuild Pump #4 at the Coyote Pump Plant (18300 Peet Rd, Morgan Hill, CA). The scope covers removal, transport, disassembly, detailed inspection, complete overhaul per API and ASME standards, re‑assembly, shipment back to site, re‑installation, and start‑up commissioning with third‑party testing. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals, comply with California prevailing‑wage rules, maintain extensive documentation (photos, as‑found/​as‑built reports, test data), and supply a two‑year warranty. Key deliverables include an As‑Found Inspection Report, a full rebuild (including wear‑ring, bearing, shaft, impeller, coupling, seal, coating, and balancing work), hydrostatic and vibration testing, and final acceptance documentation.
