Description
The Pueblo Community College is seeking a qualified architectural firm to provide design and associated professional services for the Physical Therapy Renovation Project. The project involves renovating approximately 9,500 SF at the North Wing on the 4th floor of the Teaching and Learning Center at the SMC campus. The selected firm will be expected to provide Basic Services as described in the sample Architect/Engineer/Consultant Agreement and Terms and Conditions of the Contract.
• The project will consist of demolition, construction of new walls, associated finishes, and MEP as required.
• The Architect/Engineer is expected to provide services using a Design/Bid/Build (DBB) approach to project delivery.
• The project has an estimated cost of $1,245,000 and is expected to start in June 2026 and be completed by July 2027.
