Town Buildings Cleaning Services RFP 2026-01

The Town of Amherst is seeking bids from qualified custodial services companies to provide cleaning services for all town buildings. The contract will be for a one-year term, with the option to extend for two additional years. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the required cleaning tasks.
