Budget estimate

$100,000 – $500,000

The budget for this opportunity is likely to be in the range of $100,000 to $500,000, based on the scope of the project and the requirements for the consultant. The study involves a comprehensive analysis of eligible services, development of a proposed impact fee schedule, and provision of administrative guidance, which suggests a significant amount of work and expertise required. The city's budget for such studies can vary widely, but a rough estimate based on similar projects suggests that the budget could be in the range of $200,000 to $300,000. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the study, the level of expertise required, and the city's budget for the project.
