Custodial Services - Zone 5

The San Bernardino County Project & Facilities Management Department is seeking proposals for custodial services at twenty-four County-owned locations in Zone 5. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing quality, professional workmanship in custodial services, including cleaning, trash removal, and other related tasks. The contract period will be for a maximum of 5 years, beginning on November 1, 2026, and ending on October 31, 2031. The estimated budget for this project is between $4,200,000 and $4,600,000. Some key points to note: • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to maintain the facilities in a clean and sanitary condition. • The County will provide lockable spaces for contractor supplies and equipment, as well as designated spaces for trash disposal. • The contractor will be required to provide on-call clean-up services within a 2-hour response time for certain locations. • The contractor will be required to provide monthly power washing services for certain locations. • The contractor will be required to provide day porter services for certain locations.
